Our Store Policies

AromaSway was founded with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below.

Coupon Policy 

With the majority of offers and promotions that do not require a promo code, AromaSway allows you to redeem one promo code per order. To take advantage of more than one offer, we recommend placing a second order.

Our Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped via UPS within 3-5 business days.  Once orders have been processed you will received an email notification with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, we have a no refund/return policy.  All sales are final. In the rare event an item is damaged, we will handle it on a case by case basis.  We are not responsible for lost, missing, and/or late packages.  You must contact the shipping carrier to locate your package or file a claim with the carrier for a refund.
